  • Unless you think he is a liar?He told our staff point blank he isn't going to the same school as Moore.

    Now that said after I made posts that you were in about Richie Brown,Channing Ward,Quay Evans,and B.Brown and what their plans were well before it was public I would think you would learn your lesson....guess not!

    Your post always come across as some 13y/o kid posting....

  • I will say that I believe Kailo Moore will be a Rebel. All things point to that and I don't care if your are an Ole Miss or State fan. As for Shumpert, I do believe it is very much open. He said in this story that he doesn't really have an opinion as to what side of the ball he plays on, so why would Moore be a factor in his decision? Many coaches think he is a safety on the next level. I also have truble believing Shumpert would be remotely worried about competiting for playing time against anyone at any spot. I could be wrong, but I do not believe Mullen has gotten a single recruit over Freeze so far. Combs, Mathes, Mireles, Johnson, Robinson, all had offers from MSU, didn't they?

  • Lets say we had Freeze as the head man instead of Huston last season. The class would have been much better. The recruiting here at Ole Miss this year is more intense than ever. Last year was a salvage year and i do believe we made out pretty good in state.
    Guys I would love to have both Moore and Shumpert here at Ole Miss, but only they know what their going to do.
    Rev I believe Kalio is a Rebel as well as Shumpert. There are monsters out there in this web of recruiting and recruiting is a long process. Ole Miss is battling we some Mega Schools for both these guys. I do believe that the coaches are working their tails off for our university. That gives us a solid chance to get some of the best players in the country.

    Only kid OM has committed that could call and commit to MSU right now is Combs.

    What Shumpert says in public isn't what he says to others...he wants to play RB if that doesn't work out(it'll work out) he'll move to LB.

    I know i read what you allow. VIP button is amazing. I'm not calling the kid a liar or you. I have no clue what his interview with TSBU247 was nor do i care, and i am not disagreeing with with the fact that he said what he said. What i disagree with is what you say. None of us know what these recruits will do(CJ Johnson) (not a jab just an example). All we can do is take their word for it. Hotty Toddy

    All I know is he told our staff one that he's known longer than any he is going to sign with the school that has him as THE RB in his class...anything can change in the recruiting but odds are high OM and MSU are going to split the two of Moore and Shumpert and with Mullen's track record with RB's I'm more than fine with that!

    If he really wants to play RB then you could be right. He won't get the playing time he wants/deserves with a kid like Kailo on campus. Hotty Toddy

    The academic concerns over certain players are pretty well known. You are certainly welcome to visit, but all that dogie style posting and Facebooking over the ones that got away is a bit tiresome. Just share something interesting. How is that "legal matter" going for your assistant coach?

    What legal matter?

    To get info on Brassell you have to go through his manager...yea his MANAGER....quicker Brassell gets out of Oxford the better it will be for OM....it has nothing to do with his grades or the lack of them.
