I have heard a lot of ULL talk... to go with his buddy Griffin from SP... Griffin was an incredible athlete and underrated... but his grades kept big schools away... i hope David, your right and he goes into the great MACJC programs... because Ole Miss football wants another crack at Brassell... Great athlete wish him the best!

I think he would have to go the Jr college route. Either way he will sit out of football this season. Maybe he can get his head straight.

OM will be glad he's gone at some point...he has a Entertainment Manager..think about that for a second!
He was on the UNC campus 2 weeks ago with his "group"

Seriously? If so he really needs to do some thinking and get his priorities straight.. The NFL holds a much brighter future than his "group", hopefully he can grow up and get his stuff together.

Yea seriously...it won't be the end up them tho...it's a bunch of thugs from Memphis that are camped out in Oxford.They do stuff for other kids on the team too...book them at night club events among other things...if Freeze wants to get 100% handle of things he'll get that group away from your campus.They've been around since about O's last yr in Oxford.

From what I've seen so far Freeze walks the walk of his talk.. I could be wrong but regardless of who's in Oxford, it will be a privilege to play football at Ole Miss again as it should be with Freeze at the helm. I don't think he's going to put up with it.

To me this just shows how selfish brassell was!! If he really cared about ole miss and his brothers on the team he would have got his grades in order so he could play!!

Agreed! People can blame Nutt all they want (and he should take some blame), but in the end it's all on Brassell's head. I really wish if he was gonna lose his scholly, it wouldn't have been grades. Then he could've come to DSU!!!

There are still 3 South Panola players on the Ole Miss roster. Tony is not Nick. Different kind of personality. He will make his own mind up and Nick wont be a factor.

This is just one of things his manager set up...he was at a autograph signing a month ago in Memphis where he earned $$.

It was from early this yr ...you might want to check out CJ too...he was in Philly early this yr doing the samething...like I said you don't want this can of worms opened up...does no one any good in the end.
It wasn't a violation because they changed the date of the party and it happened somewhere else...just be glad he's gone..like I told Wizard two weeks ago...you better check on Brassell...the reason??He was on the UNC campus with his "group".

You nor your team will be getting any players from Batesville/South Panola this year or next or next or next or next or next or next or next or next or next or next or next or next or the next. Just saying so you or Mullen won't be staying up late worrying about how to deal with our boys in Batesville. Philadelphia isn't a hop skip and jump from Starkville where CJ played. You didn't get him either, so time to bash huh?. What gives my man? What gives? Please go spout your wisdom on the Mississippi State site. I am sure they miss your expert-isms. The last few days have been entertaining watching you but it is now time to change the channel.

Haha! Well said. Benn reading this stuff for a couple of days now and its kinda gettin old. He certainly isnt doing State any favors in the recruitment of Brassell's former teammates Antonio Conner and Deon Mix. That South Panola crew is tight and their lineage is thick. Hey Dan Mullen, you better get 7 Dust under control, lol.
