The Future Is Bright! Hotty Toddy
I would rather him stay, because it is pretty clear he has hit his zenith at MooU. He cannot recruit to the level that it will take to get MSU any farther than where they are right now.
In fact I hope this interview gets him a nice fat raise and a 5 year extension so the leg-humpers will have to dig deep in two years when they realize him for the joke he is.
He is far less dangerous than Hudspeth and that is who they would hire.
Let's hope the hunchback stays in the pasture down South.
Literally zero chance
$50 bet with Rebels10 - Best of 3 Egg Bowls
**the $50 goes to others schools athletics dept**
Apparently not if he actually interviews. There is at least a 1% chance.
Agree. You think this is a $$ ploy? If so, why use Colorado of all places?
Which would you rather face..... Mullen or Hudspeth?
Me...I'm fine with Mr personality in starkville
I mean zero because he is not interviewing. The report came from brad logan who is a freelance writer and a member of yalls m club. To follow that. No colorado site on any network is saying this is happening but brad logan knows?
Its a credibility thing
To go along with that, the station is a public radio station that does no sports reporting and just blasts democracy now stuff and they know but no sports stations there do??
Just sounds like a call in to me

I believe you... Colorado would be a big step down from Mississippi State... They are terrible.
I completely agree that Colorado is by no means a step up but I do find it curious that his name continuously finds its way into coaching search talks. Is he that good or does he put his name out there? I don't want to take anything away from him as a coach. He has ignited a dead fan base, revived a broken rivalry, and taken State to some bowl games. Still, I truly believe that he never intended on being there that long. He saw it as a way to quickly step up to a bigger school and it just didn't work out. Nutt did the same thing. He was a little more quiet about it but it was there. I don't know. I could be completely over-analyzing the whole thing. It is just a curious situation every year.
Mullen confirmed report was false
Good, everyone hopes he stays. I want to beat him down for the next 5 years plus.
that means nothing.. i've seen coaches do that and then leave the next day
Fun topic but I think we all know there is no teeth here. Nobody is that ignorant... Not even Mullen.
Not applicable with colorado
Also. Mullen has never denied that he interviewed with any other school. So would make no sense to deny this if true
