So you're telling me there's a rule in place that if a kid signs with an SEC school out of high school, then goes to Hargrave, he is REQUIRED to go to the original school they signed with? How is that legal? Why would there be such a rule in place that applies to Hargrave but no other prep schools or JuCos? How would this rule exist without Freeze OR Saban knowing about it until now? If I'm Hugh Freeze right now, I've got an attorney all over this. Sounds completely fabricated to me.
Sounds like saban called mike slime and was doing his usual crying. Slime probably told him that he would make up a rule to fix it. Lol.
No one should be surprised. It is a load of BS...but hey...it is Ole Miss and Alabama...how dare you question the SEC's ruling on something so obvious?! Alabama always wins...that's a fact, jack.
Kill that man Patrick WIllis!
The Future Is Bright! Hotty Toddy
Speculation on some boards is that he signed financial aid papers on his visit to Bama. Of course that doesn't bind him to the school. He could still back out if he wanted to. That makes a lot more sense than this nonsense about a special rule for Hargrave. The kid wants to play for a habitual liar, what are you gonna do?
Well... I see exactly what you mean... I for one see your point... I wonder about the legality of the "rule"also. At very least...it is the dumbest rule I have seen...lots of things can change in a year...
It would be the same as signing kids as Juniors in High School.... the rule makes almost no sense at all. I hate Slime with all my heart.

This rule either just came into place or its complete bs... Bc a few years ago Enrique Davis signed with auburn then went to Hargrove and then he signed with us.. I think Brandon hill just rather go to bama IMO
Sounds like to me the boy wants to go to Bammer.
For Hill's sake I hope that's true. If my memory is right, his mom wanted him to go to OM so that he could be closer to his daughter.
He is not bound to Bama in any way. That is complete speculation. Bama has never stopped recruiting Brandon and they just kept telling him the truth about his playing time and how he had to work to make rotation. He loves Alabama and he also likes Ole Miss. The split among them right now is his Mother. She loves HF and wants Brandon at OM.
Funny how he said he loves bammer and likes ole miss. We get it. Nobody can compete with the second coming of Christ when it comes to recruiting.
I don't understand your bitterness but I'll say this. Hugh Freeze has recruited the lights out this year. He also fell into a perfect situation for the #1 player in the nation. Not too many people can say they have done a better job than Mr. Freeze.
Nothing personal. Just used to dealing with the average bammer. You must not be average.
Your compliments are appreciated. Maybe we can slip by Bama for once...it's been a while.
the bitterness comes from a constant favoritism for the tide by the folks in the league office in BIRMINGHAM.
Couldn't have said it better myself.
If the young man doesn't want to be a Reb, that's ok, we should wish him well and move on. There are other maulers out there. We need to keep our eye on the prize....RNK, Conner, Treadwell, Moore, Riley, Skipper, Lawson, etc.....This thang ain't no sprint....it's a marathon
That is loser mentality.
Ooooohhh..... guess you told us. Haha!
It is if you are the other end of those "benefits" ....that is for DAMN sure.
