Just my thoughts:
1. I don't have high expectations for this coming year. I just want to see improvement and for our players to play with some passion.
2. I believe our receivers will be our strength. Unfortunately, we have a lot of weaknesses. Our biggest weakness will be O-line.
3. I believe we will win 4-5 games. If we win 6, I will be ecstatic.
4. From watching the spring game, I say Wallace will be our starting QB.

I rarely come over to your board, however, I have found it interesting. Thanks to David Johnson for allowing honest discourse. My question is this:
1. What are your honest thoughts about the coming football season?
2. What positions are your strengths and which are your weaknesses?
3. Considering Freeze's cautionary comments about the cupboard being bare, what would be an acceptable record for you this fall?
4. Who will be your QB?

ok i will give it a try
1. our expectations are 8-4 with a chance to be 10-2. only for sure loses on our schedule are bama and lsu. before the whole petrino thing i would have said arky is a loss too but now i would say we may have a chance. we could very well go into our game against bama at 7-0
2. by playing the game
i think we will pass the ball more this year and wont run the option nearly as much because of the qb change. our d will be really good this year. i think we will average more than 400 ypg and give up less than 300 ypg on defense
3. we have alot of depth everywhere. We have 4 rbs that will play we return all of our wrs and will throw the ball more. our d will be top 3 to 5 in the sec. we are 10 deep on the dline 8 deep at lb and return 3 of 4 starters in the secondary and have 3 corners that would start at almost every sec team with the exception of maybe bama and lsu.
our weaknesses are qb cause we dont know what russell will do. our oline is a question mark. our biggest weakness is place kicker though. but we have 4 kickers comin in and evam sobiesk will more than likely be our kicker. he has video on youtube making 65 yard fieldgoals so we may be ok there.
4. i guess its not fun for him anymore. i mean we have won 3 in a row but i can tell you he hasnt forgot about the egg bowl
5. no not at all. i feel we have made it a must to make the state a priority in recruiting and will continue to recruit the state hard. we only have around 18 schollys to give out this year so this is the reason we only have 2 commits right now. last year we only had 4 goin into big dawg camp so we are fine right now.
6. our message board doesnt suck. its just slow this time of the year. we normally go through at least 2 pages a day of topics and have anywhere from 300 to 700 on our board at any given time. now some of our guys come over here and act an ass which is uncalled for sometimes.
7. how is that

To be honest why do you think you have the right to come on our site and ask questions? 1. What do you think about your season?
***I thought the 247 system was linked to allow fans of different schools to exchange information without gaining your "inside" information within your premium package.
With a couple of bounces of the ball our way, and we get few, I think we could wind up anywhere from 6-6 to 10-2. Phil Steele suggests that possibility, because our schedule allows us to get a good start. I expect at least 8-4.
2. How do y'all plan to win next season?
We will win through a ball control "pass first" spread offense, with a lot of traps, delays, draws and screens in the rushing game. We have four SEC quality RB's. We have a very experienced senior laden receiving corps, and a quarterback that can throw the ball. We finally have a couple of WR who can stretch the field and make safeties back away from the line. Our offensive line, though young, is as deep as it has been in 10 years. We will average about 30ppg.
On defense, we will have a big, very mobile 3 deep defensive line, outstanding linebackers, and a very experienced senior laden secondary, with the one exception of strong safety, where Dee Arrington did exceptionally well this spring. We are deeper in the DL than in the last 15 years. We are deeper at LB than we have been in 15 years. We are deeper in SEC caliber CB's than we have been in 15 years.
3. State your strengths and please list all your weaknesses?
Strengths: Leadership, coaching, depth at most positions, and speed.
Weaknesses: Depth at S.4. Why has Mullin stop all his little childish quotes?
Never knew he made any? He has just spoken the truth. He promised he would never lose another Egg Bowl and he hasn't. You can laugh and cackle when he loses to Freeze, otherwise respect your Masters.
5. State fans fear what Freeze can do in this state?
No. He is Orgeron all over again. He casts a wide net and takes in all the fish, even the trash fish. Orgeron and Nutt recruited lots of 4 and 5 star athletes using this technique, but didn't do due diligence in evaluating character. That's why their nationally ranked recruiting classes lost almost 50% of their recruits due to attrition. To wit: Patrick Patterson, Craig Drummond, Darius Barksdale, Nick Brassell, Jamar Hornsby, etc., etc., etc. So, enjoy your early recruiting success.
6. Y'all message board must suck?
No, I simply asked opinions here.
7. Get at me dog.......
You got it.
