I only pay attention to MSU news and sense he has his visit set with us, I took interest in the fact that he might flip. It's a long way till February and he openly talks about MSU.   • Sounds kinda like Kalio does it not? Signing day is in Feburary... nothing is decided till then...and we need to come up big in the fall to maintain or build on what we have.

    One thing is for sure... Freeze is working his butt off...and is all over the country... A decent season could cause things to explode.

    To many unknowns to worry about 90% or 10% for that matter

    Actually, Mark did a video interview with Keith Niebuhr from 247Sports while he was at the Opening a few weeks ago saying he would take an official to Mississippi State. Mark Dodson is on the Ole Miss campus this afternoon for a 7-on-7 camp.

    You sir, are an idiot. Posting weeks old info as if it were new? ALL OF THESE KIDS are only a percentage committed. I’ll say it again, all commits have done at this point is picked a true leader. Most will end up signing with who they committed to.

    90% is all you can ask for at this point. It’s a long way to go and these kids are smart to keep options open.

  • I've already seen it, but I'm not worried... Mark is a big recruiter for Ole Miss and even the players such as JRM say that he recruits him hard to go to Ole Miss. He often wears an Ole Miss cap and Ryan and Mark has a good relationship. Kailo hasn't recruited anyone maybe William Lloyd idk... and I don't see him interacting with other MSU commits either lol

    Don't you just love recruiting? It gives us so much to debate about. What does 90 percent mean now a day? If your in your in, and if you don't want to be apart of a program just commit somewhere else.
    It's my belief that some guys commit to early. If that is the case for some, then they should not feel as if they are villains when they change their minds.

    depending on our oline. if everyone stays healthy like they did in 2010 we could win 9 maybe 10. we are favored in every game as of now except for bama lsu who i think are both loses and there is no line for the Arkansas game and that game is a toss up. if we have injuries on the oline like this past year we may struggle to get 6 again this year. we are kinda young on the oline but have about 8 guys who will play. we are stacked on defense at all positions except at the safety spots. we have 12 guys that can rotate on the dline 8 linebackers and 6 guys at corner. we have lots of depth this year and i think that is what is holding y'all back from winning many games this year.

    Not calling you out or anything but y'all have the easiest schedule in the SEC.. no competition! When we had to play two FCS schools in '09 we were forced to win 7 rather than 6 games or go without a bowl bid.. we done it of course. Jackson State & South Alabama are on MSU's schedule.. last year, this would've forced y'all to win 7 or go without a bowl but this year, South Alabama enters FBS. In the SEC East division y'all have to play Tennessee & Kentucky (arguably the two worst teams in the East this year). Y'all will go to a bowl, no doubt. I believe y'all lose to Alabama, LSU, & Arkansas (who is a predicted Top 10.. I believe they're a little overrated but they're still gonna be good). As for the Egg Bowl, Ole Miss & MSU play hard every year.. records don't matter in a rivalry such as this one, its decided on who wants it more. So I have y'all winning 8, 9 games tops.

    You're right, any SEC schedule is gonna be tough. As for the Arkansas game.. it all depends on who Tyler can throw the ball to.. who can be the deep threat.. & it depends on their new HC as well. I see them being ranked, no doubt.. just can't see why they'd be ranked so high after losing so much talent.

    Hey guys, remember that we are talking about high school kids that all think they are going pro. Some use early commitments to see who will ante up the pot and give them a sweeter deal. Its alot like a cattle auction and they are the cattle. Charles Barkley said it best.... JMOpeace
