we wanted him. we were just realistic about getting him. That Yankster guy on TOB fills your fan bases head with empty lies, "misinformation," and just plain ole BS. One reason I respect this site is because David doesn't blow near as much smoke or try to create ridiculously stupid spin to justify recruits choosing someone over OM.
You've got the longest losing streak in the SEC, dismal attendance at games, fighting between fan groups/players/administrators, and are still constantly fed disillusioned thoughts if granduer about your appeal to recruits. You have a fantastic class going right now considering all of this, but these unrealistic expectations of "flipping" commits, landing Nkemdiche, etc... are just setting your fan base up for more disappointment.
I know its hard, but if you'd look in the
mirror and be honest, you could learn a lot from our fan base. We went 5-7 in year 1 with CDM. Beat our rival. And got an OK class. We were ecstatic and showed up full forced the following year and landed in a NYD bowl.

There is no way he plays for Clemson. He got caught up in the moment with his friends. Im not one of the guys who thought he would end up at Ole Miss. I will be SHOCKED if he does not end up at Alabama in the end.

Dabo is a good recruiter, there is no denying that. And one thing you have to take into account is that Clemson is a very popular school for folks in the Northern suburbs of Atlanta. The choice really isn't that surprising.
He may flip, but it won't be until January if he does. And I think it would only be to Bama.

Yes. Sixpackspeak got started when gene told dawgstudent and a few others to go create their own board if they didn't like how he ran his which was banning everyone who spoke negative at all about MSU. Let's just say Gene has banned many state fans from there. I got banned for saying I preferred Sherrill over Croom. He sent me a pm telling me I was obviously an ole miss fan, to cancel my subscription and I was banned. Scout is a joke

HAHAHA Sounds like that guy has a pretty high opinion of himself. I liked Croom better than JWS too, but only because of his discipline toward the players. If someone fumbled or missed an assignment that kid would stand on the sidelines and watch someone else play for a couple plays. JWS may have been the same way but i was young when he was in his prime at state.

Sherrill's last three years were nothing like the early part of his career. He just lost control. Either way, there is no doubt I would take Sherrill over Croom all day and twice on Sunday.

Jackie was the second best coach State ever had and he had an overall losing record...that Is Miss. State in a nutshell.
You'll have to go back to 1941 and Allyn McKeen to find an actual winner. SEC TITLE (only one)! As a footnote, he lost two in row to the new Ole Miss coach Johnny Vaught and State fired him! Typical State!
MSMoo rewarded it's fanbase by beating Coach Vaught twice in next 24 years.
What's the likelihood Dirty Dan will equal that feat? One in a Million sounds about right.
