I hope Maurice Bennett lands somewhere, seems like a good kid that has gotten a raw deal through all this. And who knows if he Redshirts a year maybe he can develop into a guy who can contribute.

He's Byron Bennett's little brother. Graduating from Madison Central. He plays DT. I'm not sure but he never got a look from Nutt and committed to Washington State. When their staff changed over Leach never really got back in touch. They sort of just let him linger. He'd been to State and was maybe going to get a walk-on spot from Coach Wilson. He's a 3 star kid, maybe he has grade issues I don't know. I just figured someone would have got on him by now.

Good for him, could be a diamond in the rough. There is a big difference in being under High School coaches, weight training, diet etc... than what he'll get in college. He's a big boy too so maybe he'll give some flexibility to run some 3-4 if he lines up at NG.
